		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s true - canning is not as hard as we think it is, BUT it is important to follow directions (hard for me!). Your idea of using industrial strength gloves is genius!!! I hate handling those hot jars with the jar lifter - and I dropped one the other day, chipping the edge!
