		<description>I like the idea of grilling it with breadcrumbs and balsamic - I must give that a go. Like you, my default for vegetables is to roast them - it just seems to enhance them all. I&#039;ve recently taken to roasting broccoli and cauliflower, and am now addicted to cooking them both that way!</description>
