		<description>I love reading your descriptions.  I was just saying to my husband I wanted to take a cooking holiday in Italy where I could taste different olive oils. Now I&#039;ll know how to do it.  If you hear of any good cooking vacations please share them.  Even better if they are gluten and dairy free.  It would be great to eat what I cook.</description>
