Ever since getting a spankin' new blender, I've been gleefully packing lots of fresh fruits and other secret goodies (ssshhh, they're green!) into my kids' smoothies.

Isn't it great to make something they love and it's so good for them?

I'm always hesitant about posting on everyday foods likes smoothies too. But I'm glad you did. I love the addition of lemon sorbet-- so refreshing and tangy!
