I LOVE red pepper jelly. Try it mixed with cream cheese; sounds trashy, but it goes great with ruffles.

Maris: It is SO good, and my kids dig it too! It is actually sweet, but not too sweet. And the goat cheese adds a slice of sour, just starting to melt on the warmed pita.... sigh. That and wine? Done. Pull up a good book:)

This sounds SO yummy. I love roasted red peppers - does it taste sweet or is it more savory? Whenever I hear the word jelly I automatically think: fruity, but not savory.

I can't wait to give this a try!
