		<description>I just finished my first semester of Chef School.  I often get the "so are you going to work in a restaurant?" question too and I never have a good answer for it.  I'm not sure where my degree will lead me at this point.</description>

		<description>Ahhh, the memories of my first rush of emotions flowing over me as I began culinary school too- how sweet they are!

I had no clue as to where my degree would take me; still don't and it's been two years since graduation. I do what I love- teaching others to cook, but it hasn't yet panned out into a 'career'. It just works for me. Go with your heart. Something will happen, usually when you least expect it.</description>
