I am glad I am not the only one who has been under the weather (and for a loooong time too) and it’s good to see you are slowly getting back on your feet.

Culinary school did wonders for my abilities and I know you will really enjoy it, and take away a great deal of knowledge. I really look forward to hearing about your adventures.
