		<description>I love growing Swiss chard and spinach. These are some of the reliable crops to harvest this time of the year. I read only yesterday that when popeye was encouraging Americans to eat more spinach, it was because scientists mistakenly put the decimal point in the wrong place when describing the levels of iron in spinach!!</description>
