I love mine - every week a box full of lovely fresh produce. So much so I started a seasonal event all around fresh produce. Hope you check it out. This post would be perfect for it. As for the braise tag - ahhh - we are not such huge braise eaters but I am willing to comply. Do I have a deadline for this? The CSA box looks great. I'm so impressed! When my son was that age the only thing he was interested in cooking was macaroni and cheese from the box. In fact, my son is now considerably older than 12 and still doesn't cook anything as involved as a pot roast. (And that pot roast recipe looks delicious, by the way.) I am way late posting a braise recipe for Swirling Notions' Braisy Train! I was tagged ages ago and I'm sure Lia has already given up on me :-) But your braise sounds so delicious that I might be inspired enough to go ahead make one myself! I've considered signing up with a CSA here and even researched which farms are doing it. But there are so many farmer's markets to explore down here that I've decided I'll wait a while to sign up for the delivery. Yum!
