I have had that sun dried tomato dip, it's delish!

I love good dips, and love experimenting with flavors and bases. Although you can't beat sour cream, mayo or cream cheese as a base, you can use plain yogurt to lessen the fat content with some pretty good results.

Happy New Year!

Ooh. For some reason lately we've been on a sun-dried tomato kick, adding it to our pastas and dishes. My husband has been doing the cooking lately and I'm in LOVE with it. I wonder if he'd give this dip a go! YUM!!!

I hope appetizers of dips and vegetables never go out of fashion. I've been doing a version of your curry dip for years, and lately instead of sun-dried tomatoes, I've been using my own slow-roasted tomatoes that I make every August and keep in the freezer all winter. Hooray for crudites!
