		<description>I used fresh oregano and basil and added shallots.  Oh..my..God!  Thank you for taking something that is supposed to be healthy (a vegetable) and making it a heart attack on a plate.  You'll be hearing from my cardiologist.</description>

		<description>This is similar to a succotash that I make.  I roast the corn and baby lima beans (although you can also saute them) and add some fresh tarragon and/or chives.  Very quick, easy &#38; delicious!</description>

		<description>I make something similar - I add a little diced red bell pepper for color, and sometimes fresh basil, if it's nice in the grocery that week.  In the winter, I also add a little red pepper flake, and in the summer I roast and shuck my own corn, instead of using the frozen.</description>
