I've tried using agave nectar in margaritas, but I found it tends to solidify in the cocktail shaker  once it hits the ice cubes.
Floating some on top of the drink is a great idea!</description>

		<description>I bet that's good with a straight up lemon! Around here they make amaretto sours with Squirt- and while I like the grapefruit, I bet the lemon is really good.

And those blueberries sound good too!</description>
